The Global Health Academy

The July 2026 Global Health Academy Newsletter highlights a successful Youth Academy Summer School that empowered future health leaders through leadership and wellness training. In late June, Global Health representatives Dr. Mariah McNamara and Anastasia Zholud visited Bicol University College of Medicine in Legazpi City, Philippines. The ten-day site visit supported UVM students beginning their Global Health Elective, strengthened academic partnerships, and included participation in the impactful BU Floating Clinic mission. The visit highlighted a shared commitment to global health education, collaboration, and service.
